unter suse 9.1 hat folgende einstellung in der /etc/sysconfig/dhcpd das problem gelöst:

alternativ können auch entsprechende firewall-regeln gesetzt werden, hatte bloss noch keine zeit, mich drum zu kümmern. falls einer welche hat, darf er sich gerne melden...
